At Big Red Digital I run and manage my own projects from the initial meetings with clients to scope out the project, to working closely with the client throughout the project to ensure we are on track from launch to completion. When it comes to larger projects, typically international clients, the full team will be involved working closely together with regular progress meetings, to ensure that the team is keeping clear communication lines.
